Each individual must complete a separate registration form, even when registering as a group. Registrations will also be taken onsite.

Nonmembers will receive a complimentary one-year NCMA membership with registration payment and event attendance. This complimentary membership will be effective August 2017–July 2018 and will be processed automatically within 15 business days following the event.


Registration Details

Group Registrations

Invite everyone from your agency, from those new in the field to seasoned professionals. World Congress offers educational training and development for professionals in every stage of their career. Group registration discounts are available for groups of five or more from the same organization. To qualify for the group rate, at least five individuals must register at one time, after which additional individuals may register individually at later dates. All group registrations must include a separate form for each registrant. The group registration form can be found here.

One-Day Registrations

NCMA offers one-day rates for the convenience of those with limited training budgets or other commitments during the event. Please note that the day of attendance must be selected at the time of registration.

  • $300 Sunday One-Day Investment
  • $525 Monday One-Day Investment
  • $525 Tuesday One-Day Investment
  • $525 Wednesday One-Day Investment

Student Registrations

The student rate is for full-time students attending an accredited, degree-granting institution, and not holding full-time employment in contract management or a related field. Students must show a valid student ID when picking up name badges onsite.


Full payment must be received with registration. NCMA accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and personal/company checks. Purchase orders must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation. All purchase orders submitted must include an individual registration form for each attendee; the date and method by which payment will be guaranteed; and if different than registrant, a primary contact for the account.

Foreign Payment

Registration fees may be paid by credit card or by checks drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. ($) dollars. NCMA does not accept purchase orders from foreign governments and will not invoice them for payment.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refund Requests

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and e-mail to ncma@showcare.com or faxed to 905-479-9297 on or before July 14, 2017.
  • A $150 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations received before July 14, 2017. This also applies to our National Education Seminars.
  • No refunds will be processed after 5:00pm central time on July 14, 2017.
  • Substitutions are welcome.
  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
  • Badge switching/sharing is prohibited.
