 FAR Essentials

FAR-Essentials-SketchCoverWhat must you absolutely know in order to thrive as a government contractor or government contracting professional? Our contracting experts have singled out the most essential aspects of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and designed a one-day National Education Seminar that helps participants understand the complexities and relationships within each topic. The seminar covers 28 essential topics such as data rights, competition, small business policy, warranties, and much more. Attendees will have many opportunities during the seminar to relate these essential topics to their own work experience. Each participant will receive a copy of the Desktop Guide to FAR Essentials, an invaluable research tool for use during the seminar and on the job.

Contract Changes, Disputes, and Terminations—Mastering the Fundamentals

Miami 3

Contract Changes, Disputes & Terminations - Mastering the FundamentalsContract changes are inevitable and must be anticipated and properly managed. This seminar is designed to provide the information you need to handle any and all ambiguities, differences of opinion, or potential and real conflicts between the parties. These can arise through verbal discussion, letter, the proposal, the basic contract, or any of its subsequent modifications. They can involve everything from the interpretation of the statement of work to the minutes of a meeting. Changes can also come from various sources—some with the authority to make them and sometimes not. They can impact the success of your contract as well as the relationship between the parties.
