What is the early registration deadline?

Register on or before August 24 to save on individual registration. Come with a group of 5 or more from the same organization for the best value.

How do I cancel my registration and receive a refund? 

All cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be done in writing and e-mailed to, or faxed to 905-479-9297 on or before October 9, 2017. Substitutions are welcome. 

A $75 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations received before October 9, 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 5:00pm Eastern Time, October 9, 2017. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. 

How many Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or Continuous Learning Point (CLP) credits will I receive from this event?

Attendees will receive 6.5 CPE/CLP credits.

When will I receive my certificate of attendance?

Attendees will receive their certificate of attendance onsite at the event. E-mailed copies will be available upon request.

How do I become a SubCon 2017 speaker?

There is no Call for Presentations for this event. There will be one pre-selected speaker assigned to each workshop.

Hotel FAQ

Are there any special hotel rates available?

Yes. NCMA’s group rate is $209 single/double per night for the nights of October 18–20, 2017.

All room rates are subject to applicable tax. These rates will only be available until September 18, 2017 or until they sell out. Make your reservations early!

Who can register as press?

Press registration is open to editorial staff covering SubCon 2017. Press passes will not be distributed to sales personnel.

Where do I pick up my press badge when I arrive?

Badges can be picked up at the main registration desk.
