Wisconsin Chapter: Acquisition Hour - Doing Business with the United Nations

Acquisition Hour: Doing Business with the United Nations

Join Dmitri Dovgopoly, Director of the United Nations Headquarters Procurement Division in New York, for an introduction to doing business with the United Nations.

The UN procures approximately $17.7 billion annually in a wide range of goods and services. Mr. Dovgopoly will outline the UN’s buying needs and inform participants how to pursue procurement opportunities. Mr. Dovgopoly represents one of the largest procurers in the UN system at the United Nations Procurement Division (UN/PD). UN/PD procures approximately $3 billion annually for the UN Secretariat, which includes the UN’s headquarters offices in NY, Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi, as well as the UN’s Department of Peacekeeping Operations and the Office of Information and Communications Technology.
