Jim served on the NCMA Board of Directors. He is the author of four articles in NCMA’s Contract Management magazine. He has presented at seven NCMA World Congresses and at numerous NCMA National Education Seminars, Webinars, and Chapter meetings. Jim is the author of the book “Subcontract Management from A to Z”.
