Spend time with Russ Blaine, CPCM, Fellow, and Past National President of NCMA, as he teaches you to establish and optimize a mentoring relationship that benefits your career as well as your personal growth. Russ serves as the “Lead Coach” for NCMA’s Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP), where he aligns the efforts of 40 senior mentors. He is a doctoral candidate at Northeastern University where his studies are focused on the benefits of positive leadership, mentorship, and outstanding personal achievement.
