The Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP) is designed to help develop the next generation of contract management leaders through an intensive yearlong educational experience. This webinar, exclusively available to NCMA members, will describe how the program works, and demonstrate its value to the contract management professional.

Melanie Burgess and Crystal Glenn, graduates of the first two classes, will moderate the session with panelists who will share how the program has enhanced their knowledge and careers. The moderators will provide collaboration among the panelists that have also graduated from different classes. The program has been in place for ten years and representatives will talk about their various levels of career progression along with the impact the CMLDP has had on their careers and the companies that hire them.
