Recertification

All designees (i.e., CFCM, CPCM, and CCCM) are required to recertify by December 31st of the fifth year following certification, and every five years thereafter. For example, those certified in 2014 will recertify in 2019.

Recertification Fees:

  • Member: $95
  • Nonmember: $145

Application

NCMA's Certification Department mails reminder notices to all due to recertify in that year. All recipients are asked to complete and return the recertification application form with documentation supporting the completion of 60 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) over the past five year period and the recertification processing fee. Designees have until December 31st of their recertification year to return their completed application.

Once an application has been approved, the designee is notified and is recertified for another five-year period.
