Subcon Virtual Training FAQs


Why was SubCon Training Workshops Cancelled?

The health and safety of our NCMA community is and will always be our highest priority.  


We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it impacts our community and upcoming global events.  As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel SubCon Training Workshops on April 1-2, 2020 at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner in McLean, VA.  


Who is the SubCon 2020 Virtual Training Open for? 

This complimentary virtual training will be open to all SubCon Training Workshops registrants and on a first come, first served basis for NCMA members ONLY. Members can register here

All current SubCon Training Workshop registrants will be automatically pre-registered for the SubCon Virtual Training. No further action is needed at this time.


How many Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or Continuous Learning Point (CLP) credits will I receive from this event?

Individuals who attend the SubCon 2020 Virtual Training will receive up to 12 CPE/CLP credits.

How do I get a refund?
Full refunds for SubCon and NES registration fees will be processed within ten business days.

How do I cancel my hotel?

• To cancel your hotel reservations at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner, go to Manage Existing Reservations here, enter your confirmation number and last name, and follow the prompts.


• Hotel deposits should be refunded within three to five business days of your cancelation. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation for a full refund. 


• If you have additional questions regarding hotel reservations or cancelations, please contact the hotel directly at 703.506.4300.


How do I cancel any travel arrangements?

• If you have already secured travel arrangements, please contact your airline carrier or transportation provider directly to process your cancelation.
