Chapter Annual Reports

The year-end reports must be submitted by every chapter, every year. These reports (and other documents) provide an in-depth look at our chapters' achievements and struggles throughout the year, and enable headquarters to prepare the annual group tax return. These reports help us understand our chapters' needs, and help us celebrate what they have achieved!

Important reminders: 

  • Year-end reports and other documents are due by August 31, 2018.
  • No reports will be accepted before June 30th -- all reports must include all transactions and chapter activity through the last day of the program year, June 30.
  • Final bank statements (showing June 30 balances) must be submitted with the financial report.
  • Chapters that do not submit all year-end reports will not be eligible for the Chapter Excellence Award, run the risk of losing their chapter's non-profit status, and may not be eligible for NCMA grants in the next program year.
