Contract Management Competency Crosswalks

NCMA’s Contract Management Standard™ (CMS™) is the basis for the Contract Management Body of Knowledge® (CMBOK®) and the Certified Professional Contract Manager™ (CPCM) and the legacy Certified Contract Management Associate (CCMA) certifications.

The CMS™ domains, competencies, and job tasks are universal and applicable across the contract management profession to all practice areas: industry, federal, state/local, commercial, international, etc. The following matrices provide a crosswalk of these domains, competencies, and job tasks to demonstrate applicability to various roles, regulatory bodies, and practice areas.
