Executive Leaders Program (ELP)

Executive Leaders is a transformative six-month program that builds the core competencies of mid-career managers and leaders who are progressing toward senior leadership roles in organizations and federal agencies. The program will be divided into three categories. Each section will consist of two 4-hour live, virtual workshops. The Spring 2024 pilot will be condensed into three months for the full program.

Who Should Apply to ELP?

The NCMA Executive Leaders Program is designed for mid-career professionals who are rising toward executive leadership positions in contract management. These professionals, across both industry and government, should have some leadership experience to bring to the table.
NCMA serves the contract management community impartially and with courtesy and respect regardless of age, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or national origin.

What is the Time Commitment for ELP?

The Executive Leaders Program requires a minimum commitment of 6-8 hours a month to include virtual workshops, senior leader connections, coaching sessions and reviewing resources.

What is the ELP Cost?

Pilot price: $4500

Included in cost: Program tuition, materials, assessments, coaching and once conference registration. Participants will need to cover their own travel-related costs to NCMA in person conferences which are held in different cities each year. You can view upcoming locations and events on NCMA’s Events site. Participants are encouraged to seek financial support from their employers and local NCMA chapters.
