Damaged Items - If your item(s) were received damaged, please contact NCMA at 800-344-8096 or
[email protected] immediately to arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
Other Returns – NCMA will provide a refund for non-damaged items only within 15 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund, you must enclose a copy of the packing slip from the original shipment with the returned product in the same condition it was received in and state the reason for your return. Prior to returning the item, please contact NCMA at 800-344-8096 or e-mail [email protected] to request the return.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for the original order and NCMA will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, NCMA’s fulfillment center charges a $20.00 restocking fee for each returned item which will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received by NCMA.
We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. NCMA reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 15 days from the ship date.
