NCMA offers a variety of reference materials; some are books that we publish, others we distribute. All books listed below are available for purchase online. 

Attention: Higher Education Professionals - NCMA is now offering a 15% discount on CMBOK® book orders when used as a course book at the college/university level. Faculty can request this discount for their students by contacting [email protected]

Shipping & handling fees apply to all orders. NCMA uses standard UPS Ground for shipping orders. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a separate email with UPS tracking information within two business days from NCMA's fulfillment warehouse, Mosaic.

International Shipping

Due to high international shipping rates, NCMA recommends international customers purchase eBook versions of available books, currently CMBOK 7 and the CFCM Study Guide 4th Edition, on Amazon and Google Play.
 
International book orders are shipped through UPS and priced by weight. UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping costs for a 4lb. package range between $119-$249, depending on your geographic location. Please note that this range is an estimate and does not include the price of the book(s), customs, or additional fees required by UPS. UPS rates are subject to change.

Large book orders are eligible for a discount.
Discounts only apply to books of the same title, and must be shipped to the same address.
  • 5-9 Books = 5% Discount
  • 10-49 Books = 10% Discount
  • 50-99 Books = 15% Discount
  • 100+ Books = 20% Discount

Book Return Policy

Damaged Items - If your item(s) were received damaged, please contact NCMA at 800-344-8096 or [email protected] immediately to arrange for a return and replacement at no cost to you.
 
Other Returns – NCMA will provide a refund for non-damaged items only within 15 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund, you must enclose a copy of the packing slip from the original shipment with the returned product in the same condition it was received in and state the reason for your return. Prior to returning the item, please contact NCMA at 800-344-8096 or e-mail [email protected] to request the return.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for the original order and NCMA will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, NCMA’s fulfillment center charges a $20.00 restocking fee for each returned item which will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received by NCMA.
 
NCMA recommends that you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. NCMA reserves the right to refuse product returns beyond 15 days from the ship date. Do not return products to NCMA National (Ashburn, Virginia).
