Why do some teaming relationships seem to be made in heaven and others made way South of there? Teaming agreements can be complex arrangements with comprehensive terms and conditions addressing and protecting each party’s interests. However, successful teaming is about more than negotiating terms, it’s about building relationships and true partnerships based on trust, fit and communication.   This session will examine these three areas, driving toward a relationship-based approach to productive and profitable prime/sub teaming relationships.
