The presenter will focus on the SF 1408 Preaward Survey of Prospective Contractor Accounting System requirements and cover references to DCAA’s Information for Contractors, FAR 31 (Unallowable Costs) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). Components of an accounting system, including policies and procedures, software and cloud services, and records and reports will also be covered.
