What challenges does a prime contractor face when managing suppliers and vendors? This course provides an introduction to subcontract administration and its unique concepts and requirements—including an introduction to the basics of subcontract administration, such as privity of contract, statements of work, inspection and acceptance, and contract changes. Students will learn about commercial subcontracting and contracting with the federal government and creating and monitoring a subcontracting plan, and will test their knowledge using subcontracting scenarios.
