About SubCon Training Workshops

NCMA’s new SubCon Training Workshops (SubCon) event is designed to provide targeted subcontracting training by industry and government instructors and practitioners. In response to your feedback, NCMA will provide more flexible training, pricing, and schedule options.

SubCon consists of four half-day workshops. Attend one, two, three, or all four—depending on your training needs. The training sessions within each workshop will include unique presentations covering essential topics related to subcontracting:

Workshop A—Subcontract Proposal Support

Training in the preparation required to support proposal activities.

Workshop B—Subcontract Compliance

Training in government compliance topics and requirements.

Workshop C—Subcontract Management

Training in efficient and effective daily administration and management of subcontracts.

Workshop D—Subcontract Leadership

Training in supplier strategies, relationships between prime and subcontractors, and supporting internal and external customers.
