Mr. Hoffman serves as the chair of the Government Contracts and International Practice Groups at Shulman Rogers, a 100-lawyer firm in the Washington, DC suburb of Potomac, Maryland. Mr. Hoffman is a noted attorney and trainer in the government contracting and international procurement realms. He is the lead instructor for the Federal Publications Seminars/West "International Government & Commercial Contracting" course. With more than 25 years experience in U.S. and international government and commercial contracting, Mr. Hoffman will explain the complex statutes and regulations in a style that will benefit government contractors at all skill levels.
