In an era of shrinking budgets, competition for set-aside contracts will be more important to the success of both small and large businesses. This session explores strategies for both small and large businesses to compete for work under set-aside procurements. Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of a range of teaming relationships and the key legal requirements that shape and limit these relationships. Additionally, this session examines the interplay of these requirements under a variety of set-aside programs, and addresses strategies that allow for large business participation under set-aside contracts, as well as small business participation under full and open contracts. Gain an understanding of how to spot opportunities and structure teaming relationships for maximum benefit without running afoul of applicable limits on large business participation.
