The government spends millions of dollars writing RFPs, and industry spends millions of dollars responding to them. Then the government spends additional resources evaluating and awarding the contracts. Attendees in this session will review some of the straightforward techniques that can be used to simplify the process, reduce time and cost on both sides, and create better proposals that are easier for the government to evaluate.
