Abstract:

The U.S. government is becoming increasingly more aggressive in enforcing the FAR data rights provisions. There are also significant efforts underway to modify the current DFARS data rights clauses. Complying with the heightened data rights requirements can create significant challenges for contractors, especially in the subcontracting environment. This session will cover topics most important in aiding contractors in their efforts to comply with the data rights provisions as well as protect their sensitive data.
