NCMA Names Fellow Award Winners

ASHBURN, Va.-November 25, 2008 - The National Contract Management Association (NCMA) is proud to announce the winners of the Fellow Award.
The NCMA Awards and Honors Committee has designated Mr. James N. Phillips Jr., CFCM, and Mr. Mark C. Snyder, CFCM, as NCMA Fellows.
Steve Ayers, NCMA President, said, "Both James and Mark have demonstrated years of dedication and loyalty to the profession of contract management and to NCMA. I am proud to bestow this high level of achievement to individuals so deserving."
Mr. Phillips was honored with this achievement on November 20, 2008, at the Government Contract Management Conference, in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Snyder will be honored at NCMA's upcoming Mid-Year Leadership Conference, January 23-24, 2009, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Fellow designation is NCMA's third-highest award that it grants to its members. This award is given to those few who have made significant and outstanding contributions to the contract management discipline. The Fellow Award is recognition by NCMA of these achievements.
