DOD Establishes Policy, Responsibilities, and Procedures for Operational Contract Support

On December 3, 2013, the Department of Defense (DOD) issued a final rule incorporating updated policies, responsibilities, and procedures to improve operational contract support for contingency operations outside the United States.
