DOD Aligns References to “Cost or Pricing Data” With Previous FAR Amendment

On December 31, 2012, DOD issued a final rule amending the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) to align the DFARS with previous FAR amendments clarifying the distinction between “certified cost or pricing data” and “data other than certified cost or pricing data.” (77 Fed. Reg. 76939, 12/31/12.)
