Senate Introduces Bill Requiring GAO to Include Most Common Sustainability Grounds in Annual Congressional Report

On December 19, 2012, Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) introduced the “Government Contracting Improvement Act of 2012” (S. 3690). If passed, the bill would require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to include the most common grounds for sustaining protests in its annual report to Congress. This bill has been referred to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs.
