President Signs Act Providing Appropriations for Continuing Projects and Activities of the Federal Government through March 27, 2013

On September 28, 2012, President Barack Obama signed the “Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2013” (Pub. L. 112-175) into law. The law provides continuing appropriation authority for the federal government for fiscal year 2013 through March 27, 2013. The law also includes a 0.612 percent increase for most federal departments and agencies.
