Air Force Awards $960 Million IT Contract

The Air Force has selected six companies to compete for work on a potential $960 million contract for network-centric and information technology products and services, the Defense Department announced Monday.

The Network-Centric Solutions-2 Application Service (NETCENTS-2) contract is the “mandatory source for all Air Force units purchasing services that fall under the scope of the contract,” according to DoD.
