SBA's Joe Jordan Heads to OMB as Special Assistant

Joe Jordan, currently the associate administrator of government contracting and business development at the Small Business Administration, is heading to the Office of Management and Budget, an SBA spokeswoman said Nov. 30. An OMB spokeswoman confirmed the move as well.
At OMB, Jordan will be coming on as senior adviser to Federal Chief Performance Officer and OMB Deputy Director for Management Jeff Zients in mid-December. He will advise Zients and his senior staff on policy and procurement matters.
His last day at SBA will be Dec. 9.
