NCMA World Congress is only 27 days away. This is the biggest event of the year for NCMA and this year’s event has a special focus on leadership. Our keynote speaker on Monday will be Dov Seidman. Dov is the author of “HOW: Why HOW We Do Anything Means Everything.” I have known Dov for many years and I know his perspective on leadership is unique and powerful.
