The Class Deviation - Extension of Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, DAR tracking Number: 2009-O0016
This deviation extends the authority to issue solicitations under FAR Subpart 13.5 in accordance with section 816 of the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2010. The deviation extends this authority until January 1, 2012. This deviation is effective until it is incorporated into the FAR or is otherwise rescinded.
