New 8(a) Partnership Agreement Between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Department of Defense

The referenced DPAP memo, dated 29 December 2009, provides notification of a new 8(a) Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense through September 30, 2012.
Under the new agreement for competitively negotiated procurements, the SBA will no longer review eligibility status for all offerors within the competitive range. Instead SBA will conduct eligibility status reviews sequentially, starting with the apparently successful offeror. If this offeror does not meet the eligibility requirements then SBA will review the next offeror for eligibility.
