CMLDP Alumni Community
The Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP) Alumni Community’s vision is to foster relationships among the CMLDP alumni; to ensure that the CMLDP continues to bring value to both participants and NCMA by remaining current and relevant through participation in NCMA programs and connections among CMLDP alumni.
Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP) Alumni Community Objectives:
- To provide networking opportunities through the development of programs and initiatives that will foster relationships among CMLDP alumni;
- To offer continued educational opportunities through workshops and training sessions;
- To support CMLDP fundraising initiatives, including scholarships (in the near future);
- To serve as an essential link for CMLDP alumni to NCMA, through interaction between chapter members and activities;
- To create an opportunity to stay connected with NCMA; and
- To provide leadership opportunities.

Ashley Meade (Class of 2007): Not currently active in a chapter due to recent position taken in Africa. Promoted to deputy project manager for South Sudan Programs in Juba South Sudan. She is living in Juba, South Sudan and running 6 programs for the Department of state. Still with PAE Government Services.
Crystal Glenn (Class of 2007): Welcomed son Samuel “Sam” Wyatt on January 18th – 3 days after daughter Megan’s 3rd birthday.
James Mitchell (Class of 2007): Treasurer Elect for Pentagon chapter (Past President as well). Recently earned the CPCM; chapter won Gold Graalman last year
Got engaged just after MYLC in January!
Adam Goldstein (Class of 2009): Currently works for CACI as an Acquisition Team Lead at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. Adam is a first-line manager for a team of acquisition consultants located throughout Afghanistan. He has continued to remain involved with NCMA’s Virtual Chapter by establishing a CFCM preparation course for contracting officers located at the Bagram Regional Contracting Center.
Tess Klatt, CFCM (Class of 2009): Secretary – Columbia Basin Chapter; Now with Washington River Protection Solutions; Received CFCM Certificate (2011)
Jerri Lee McKeller, CFCM (Class of 2010): January 1, 2012 – Promoted from a Contracts Administrator to Contracts Managers; February 7, 2012 – Gave presentation t.o Puget Sound chapter with Mark Snell (CMLDP grad) regarding the CMLDP Program; 2011-2012 Vice President Puget Sound Chapter.
Kevin Rengenhold, CCCM (Class of 2010): Bluegrass chapter President through Jun 30, 2012. Promoted to Technology Procurement Manager of Humana, managing $525MM in spending on annual basis. September 2011 - received CCCM certification. November 16th - welcomed second daughter, Harper Grace, oldest daughter Sophia will be 4 in April.
Carly Cox, CFCM (Class of 2010): Dayton chapter board member and past president. Published in CM Magazine September 2011; “Draft Executive Order on Political Donations: Emphasizing Transparency or Politicizing Acquisitions?”; Presented for NCMA’s Small Business Contracting Community virtual conference December 2011 on “Life After 8(a)”.
Jeff Stingle (Class of 2010): Vice President of Mid Florida Chapter; Kicked off CFCM study group in chapter and have over a dozen members preparing for certification; Had 2nd child 5 months ago; Levi Stingle; Promoted to a Contracts Team Lead of the Immersive Training Market Segment of Lockheed Martin Global Training and Logistics.
Natasha Hauptfleisch (Class of 2010): Recently engaged to Ali Nastelli (CMLDP grad). Switched from Subcontracts to Contracts – still within Lockheed Martin.
Gretchen Mueller (Class of 2011): Recently promoted to Manager, Subcontract Administration and Small Business Programs for Humana Military Healthcare Services from Small Business Project Manager. She received a STAR Award from my employer and a Partner in Excellence Award from National Industries for the Blind. She spoke at Veterans Small Business Forum sponsored by the SBA 10/5/2011in NYC about the Role of Small Business Liaison Officers at Large Prime Contractors.
Holly Gregg (Class of 2011): Serving as NCMA Picatinny Chapter Executive Vice President 2011-2012 Program Year.
Sasha Desdunes (Class of 2011): Featured co-author in an article, “The Empowered Customer,” in Feb. 2012 CM Magazine. James Phillips, CMLDP mentor, led the effort.
Transitioned to team lead position in Dec. 2011 to support our new 1102s within the Bureau.
