Program Code: 14712
Seminar Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2009
Start Time: 12:00 PM EST

Participants will learn about:

Mr. Calhoon and Mr. Tagle will address Cost Realism, distilling it into its essential elements. What really matters from a Government buyer's perspective? What should sellers consider and what can they do to anticipate and satisfy the buyer's perspective? The discussion will focus on the key interrelationships between:
• common understanding of the buyer's technical requirements,
• the seller's proposed performance approaches and methods,
• proposed cost elements, and
• cost amounts.

Additionally, the presenters will suggest several tips and techniques for performing (buyer) or preparing for (seller) a cost realism analysis.

This fast paced seminar will address the above issues and more while giving you plenty of opportunity to ask our experts for advice about your unique concerns.
