The Disciplined Pursuit of Less

“Less is more” a saying that seems to be forgotten in the workplace. Capable employees are overloading themselves with tasks and managers are too busy to notice the very best use of their people. This leads to employees completing projects that don’t fully utilize their highest point of contribution, which is a loss for the company. It’s important for us to be multifaceted but at the same time having a distinct skill or position is a great advantage.
