Michael P. Fischetti, JD, CPCM, Fellow

Michael P. Fischetti is the executive director of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) located in Ashburn, Virginia. In that position, he is chief executive officer responsible for managing a professional association representing over 20,000 contracting and acquisition professionals, with over 115 chapters worldwide, an annual budget of approximately $10M, and a professional staff of over 25. He manages worldwide conferences, education and certification programs, and various government/industry contract management governance and working groups. He also oversees a variety of publications, including a monthly magazine, a scholarly journal, newsletters, and instructional books and materials. Fischetti has over 30 prior years of extensive acquisition experience in management, policy, and contracting officer positions involved with all facets of government and agency policy development and implementation, oversight, program management, and procurement operations of of services, weapon systems, and information technology from a variety of government and civilian organizations. He is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and FAC-C certified has has attained Level 3 certifications in contracting and program management with DOE and DoD.
Shené L. Commodore, CPCMPresident

Shené Commodore has over 20 years of experience providing contract management, proposal assistance, marketing, and financial auditing services to the Government and Private sector. Her GSA preparation, strategic planning and professional training services, and preparation of state term schedules. Ms. Commodore's roles have included leading the national government sales efforts, managing government contracts, leading the small business program, and serving as an ITAR administrator in the IT, Healthcare, Engineering, & Construction industries. As a certified professional contracts manager, Ms. Commodore has routinely served on the Atlanta NCMA Board and the National NCMA University Outreach Committee.
Alan J. Boykin, CFCM, CPCM

Mr. Boykin is Chief Learning Officer for the National Contract Management Association. As a senior member of the management staff, he is responsible for incorporating contract management related information into the information, learning, networking, certificate, advocacy and community programs of the association. Prior to joining NCMA in March 2011, he served as the Associate Director, Talent Management and Initiative Office, Human Capital Initiative (HCI), Acquisition, Technology & Logistics, Fort Belvoir, VA. In this capacity, he assisted the HCI Director in setting the direction and alignment of human capital for the Defense acquisition workforce (DAW). Mr. Boykin is also a retired Colonel with the U.S. Air Force, with over 27 years of service. He has a dual master degrees in Strategic Studies, from Air War College and Systems Management with emphasis in Human Resources Management, from State University of New York, Binghamton. Mr. Boykin is also certified Level III (Contracting) and Level I (Program Management), Acquisition Professional Development Program, and received his Professional Designation in Contract Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and NCMA.
Charles L. "Chuck" Woodside, CFCM, CPCM, Fellow

Chuck Woodside is the Director of Certification for NCMA. He became a member of NCMA in 1978 and held numerous volunteer positions including national president in 2004-2005. He was an adjunct faculty member of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1991-2000. He retired from the United States Air Force in September 2008 after combined military and civilian careers spanning 42 years serving 38 of those years in the contracting field. His formal education includes a BBA in Industrial Management from University of Texas and an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
Leonardo J. Manning, CPCM
Director, Center for Contracting
Defense Acquisition University
As the current Director for the Center for Contracting, Mr. Manning is responsible for all Contracting, Industrial Property, and Purchasing learning assets. He serves as advisor to the President of DAU for the Center, and works very closely with the Director of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy who is the functional leader for contracting. Mr. Manning has more than 33 years experience in business, in the career fields of contracting and acquisition management. He is retired with over 30 years of service in the United State Air Force. Mr. Manning completed the Air War College (AWC), Air Command and Staff College(ACSC), and Squadron Officer School, in residence, at Maxwell AFB, AL. He is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, VA and the Advances Program Management Course (APMC), Defense Systems Management College (DSMC) at Fort Belvoir, VA and the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, VA. Mr. Manning has 2 Masters Degrees: MBA from Central Michigan University and a MS from the Air University. He is a Certified Professional Contract Manager, and he is level III certified in both Contracting and Program Management.
