THOMAS CHESTER "CHET" EDWARDS FORMER MEMBER OF THE U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES (TX)
In 28 years of public service, Chet Edwards made a positive difference for Texas and our nation. As a Texas State Senator from 1983 to 1990 and as a U.S. Representative from 1991 to 2010, he earned the reputation of a bipartisan leader and champion of America’s military troops, veterans, and their families.

| He was the co-chair of the House Army Caucus for over a decade and served on the House Armed Services and Veterans Affairs Committees for six years before becoming a Member of the House Appropriations Committee. When Edwards became the chairman of the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Subcommittee in 2007, he authored the largest increase in veterans funding in the history of the Veterans Administration. Chairman Edwards also played a key role in crafting the 21st Century GI Bill of Rights and wrote the 2009 law that provides full GI Bill college scholarships to every child who has lost a parent in military service since September 11, 2001. As a private citizen, he continues his service as a board member of the Military Child Education Coalition and as a member of the Army National Cemeteries Advisory Commission, which is helping develop a long-term plan for the future of Arlington National Cemetery. |

HON. MICHELE ANGELIQUE FLOURNOY FORMER UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR POLICY
In 2009, the Honorable Michèle Angelique Flournoy was named under secretary of defense for policy of the United States—making her the highest-ranking woman to hold a post at the Pentagon in the facility’s history at that time. She served in the position until 2012.

| Earlier, in 2007, Flournoy founded and was named president of the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). Prior to that, she was a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where she worked on a broad range of defense policy and international security issues. Flournoy was a distinguished research professor at the Institute for National Strategic Studies at the National Defense University (NDU) and also served as a senior-level political appointee in the Department of Defense during the presidency of Bill Clinton, working at the Pentagon where she occupied the dual roles of principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for strategy and threat reduction and deputy assistant secretary of defense for strategy. |

| In 18 years, he guided a firm which will generate a projected $100 million in annual revenue this year and employs approximately 3,500 employees worldwide. Patterson’s security career began with the Central Intelligence Agency, during which time he designed a wide variety of comprehensive and specialized security training programs. Serving 10 years with the CIA, he was responsible for heading up CIA’s worldwide mobile training teams. In 1987, Patterson left the CIA to begin his career as an entrepreneur and consultant. In 1990, he founded OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation (then known as OMNISEC International) and has been responsible for growing the business in several critical security arenas. In 1997, Mr. Patterson was named the Greater Washington Entrepreneur of the Year, an award sponsored by Ernst & Young LLP, the NASDAQ Stock Market, and other nationally known companies). |

JOSEPH G. JORDAN ADMINISTRATOR, OFFICE OF FEDERAL PROCURMENT POLICY (OFPP)
Joseph G. Jordan was confirmed by the Senate on May 24, 2012 as the administrator for Federal Procurement Policy.

| Prior to being confirmed as OFPP’s administrator, Jordan served as a senior advisor to Jeff Zients, the acting director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, and before that served as the associate administrator for government contracting and business development at the Small Business Administration, where his team supported thousands of small businesses every year as they competed for over $500 billion in federal prime contracts. Prior to joining government service, Jordan was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he specialized in developing purchasing and supply management strategies for clients across several industries. He also worked with the firm’s public sector practice, advising state governments on how to cut costs and capture efficiencies. From 1998 to 2000, Jordan worked on MSNBC’s “Hardball with Chris Matthews.” |

Ricchiuti has been featured on CNN and CNBC, as well as in The New York Times, BARRON’S, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal for his business acumen and insight into the economy.

| He’s the business school professor you wish you had back in college. He teaches courses on the financial markets at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where his insight and humor have twice made him the school’s top professor. He began his career with the investment firm Kidder Peabody and later managed over three billion dollars as the assistant treasurer for the state of Louisiana. In 1993, he founded Tulane’s highly acclaimed BURKENROAD REPORTS stock research program. |
