Introducing NCMA’s third event of its new and improved chapter leader training series! Formerly known as Leadership Summit and Mid-Year Leadership Conference, this new format of chapter leader training will now occur three times annually, providing increased development opportunities to NCMA’s chapter leaders. Each event explores fresh content, topics, and ideas. We hope you were able to attend the Summer Chapter Leader Summit in Nashville, held in conjunction with World Congress 2013 and the Fall Chapter Leader Summit in Washington, DC, held in conjunction with the 32nd Annual Government Contract Management Symposium.

About NCMA's Spring Chapter Leader Summit 2014

The Spring Chapter Leader Summit was held in conjunction with NCMA’s Subcontract Management Training Forum.

Each chapter leader summit features new content and introduces ways for chapters to strengthen their leadership, strategic planning, and events. This spring, membership was highlighted. How is your chapter attracting members? Attendees learned how to recruit, engage members both past and present, and master succession planning!
