SMTF14 - About

The Subcontract Management Training Forum (SMTF) was held March 27–28, 2014, in San Diego, CA at the Westin San Diego.

The Subcontract Management Training Forum was a first-time NCMA training event. Attendees gained valuable education to overcome challenges and improve their skillsets in subcontract management. Topics focused on relationships with primes, winning quality work, teaming arrangements, and growing business. The two days included over 25 speakers, candid discussions, breakout sessions, and making connections with professionals in the same area of interest.
