Session C3 - Procurement Development, Strategies and Protests 
Using a real life example, this session will generally describe necessary pre-award actions, and include a discussion of strategies that a procurement team needs to take from the time it receives a requirement to when it makes an award. The presentation will also cover how to anticipate litigation and other adverse developments that affect post award actions, including the need to maintain customer support.
