What can we do when something goes incredibly wrong during contract performance? Together, we will assess what went wrong, determine whether the issue can be cured, and develop approaches to prevent future failures. In this training, we will sharpen problem solving skills, apply cure notice procedures, perform a root cause analysis, and create recommendations for the client.
